The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has launched this online platform to help capital market investors submit and track complaints against market intermediaries. You can lodge a complaint, follow its progress, and appeal a decision if you're not satisfied with the outcome — all in one place. A confirmation is sent to your registered email once your complaint is submitted, and every step is verified with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile.
